We will perform upgrades in infrastructure components supporting Design Center’s GitHub Sync feature
*** Service Impact Details:
** Applications:
- Design Center
During Maintenance Downtime:
* User Experience(UX): Projects linked to GitHub might not synchronize properly during the upgrade
ATTENTION: up to 30 minutes of service interruption is expected.

We will be performing a scheduled reboot of an internal database.

- Anypoint DataGraph
- Anypoint Usage
Daily Usage and the ability to download CSV are generally available to all customers
Customers can easily track their daily and monthly usage in Anypoint Usage and download usage in CSV format easily.

We will be performing a scheduled upgrade on part of the platform’s underlying infrastructure.
*** Service impact details:
* Applications:
- Runtime Manager
This interruption affects only Runtime Fabric and CloudHub 2.0. Flex Gateway and Standalone Servers are not impacted. During the service interruption, there will be no impact to the running applications.
During maintenance downtime:
* Runtimes: are not impacted.
* User Experience(UX): On the Runtime Fabric and Private Space Status pages, RTF or Runtime Fabric clusters might show as “Degraded” status. Customers might not be able to deploy or manage applications on their existing RTF or Runtime Fabric clusters and Private Spaces. Registration of new RTF or Runtime Fabric clusters and Private Spaces will take longer than usual to achieve "Active” status. This will be temporary and fixed after the maintenance window has been completed. Please refer to this KB Article (https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=002718168&type=1) for more information on how to troubleshoot if the Issue persists.
* API calls: API calls will not be impacted
* Logs and Data: log and metric display data will be updated during the service interruption.

* User Experience(UX): User Interface (UI) will display errors when:
- Exchange: when asset publication is triggered
- DataGraph: users deploy Datagraph instances, which will remain on status "on hold"
- API Manager: users submit new policies or publish new assets like API specs. Also, when users try to create a Policy Template.
- API Governance: users try to update rulesets in Exchange.
- Cloudhub: users try to create new CloudHub 2.0 schedulers.
- API Catalog: users publish their API Specifications using the command line.
* API Calls: REST API calls for asset publication won't work.
* Existing Runtimes: are not impacted.

Mocking Service
During Maintenance Downtime:
* Existing Runtimes: are not impacted.
* User Experience(UX): Mocking Service calls from API Designer, Exchange and API Community Manager (ACM) will fail due to Mocking Service being unavailable
* API Calls: REST APIs calls for Mocking Service will not be accessible as the service will be unavailable

We will be performing a scheduled maintenance for one of our services.

During Maintenance Downtime:
* User Experience(UX): Design Center Project List may be unavailable and throwing 5xx errors.

We will be performing Infrastructure upgrade US.

- MS CAM Tool
During Maintenance Downtime:
- Partners wont be able to access CAM UI
- Problems with to create a new Asset Version
- Failure in triggering build

Exchange will be performing parameter group updates on database US.
Exchange will be performing ElasticCache instance type changes on EU and US.
*** Service Impact Details:
* Applications:
- Exchange
- Design Center
- API Manager
- Studio
During maintenance downtime:
- Runtimes: are not affected.
- User Interface (UI): will show “Unable to complete this request while services are undergoing maintenance. Please retry after maintenance has been completed.” when doing certain operations related to publish or access asset metadata.
- API calls: to these services will return Service Unavailable Error (503).
- Logs and Data: will continue to be collected.
Following maintenance downtime:
- Logs and Data: will appear as usual.
- Runtimes and all services: will resume normal operation.

*** ATTENTION: up to 60 minutes of service interruption is expected during this maintenance window for Mulesoft RPA in Prod US***

We will be doing a scheduled upgrade on part of the platform's underlying infrastructure.
During maintenance downtime:
No data loss is expected for any tenant. BOT task execution workflows / processes may fail intermittently, users may not be able to create RPA workflows, users session of RPA ui/manager interactions may fail intermittently.
Following maintenance downtime:
During maintenance downtime:
Process and bot executions should resume. Users will be able use full RPA functionality including web interactions.
