Update

Oct 27, 2021: No Downtime for OSv1 upgrade. The maintenance for database migration and encryption described in the Knowledge Article, https://help.mulesoft.com/s/article/Anypoint-Platform-CloudHub-Data-Migration-September-October-2021, has been postponed. It will be re-scheduled for execution in a future maintenance window. A new future announcement will provide additional details.

New/Enhanced Feature Releases

Anypoint Partner Manager v2
- Exchange B2B transactions with partners in XML/JSON format in addition to X12 and EDIFACT.
- Receive inbound B2B transactions from partners via HTTP/HTTPS.
- Minor UI enhancements and bug fixes.

Bug fixes & back-end performance enhancement releases

Anypoint Webserver:
- Adding new routes to receive internal metrics of gateways.
- Adding new routes for an upcoming product release.

Customer Impacting / Downtime Announcement(s)

ATTENTION: up to 15 minutes of service interruption is expected during this maintenance window.

** Applications:
Anypoint Partner Manager v2
Users may not be able to access certain pages in the Partner Manager UI for up to 5 minutes.
* User Experience(UX): Control plane could be impacted for up to 5 minutes.
* API Calls: Some Partner Manager API calls could be slower or eventually timeout for up to 5 minutes.
* Existing Runtimes: are not impacted.

ATTENTION: up to 1 hour of service interruption is expected during this maintenance window.

As part of our efforts to enhance our security posture to best protect our customer data, we are updating our databases to have encryption at rest. The OSv1 POST/PUT/DELETE functionality will be disrupted for up to 15 minutes during the maintenance window.

Service Impact Details:
** Applications:
Runtime Manager -
Application deployments through Runtime Manager will fail or will be delayed for up to an hour.
API Manager -
API deployments through API Manager will fail or will be delayed for up to an hour.
Design Center
Design Center test experience will be degraded for up to an hour.
Scheduler -
Application schedules can be delayed by up to an hour.
Object Store v1 -
Applications using OSv1 (Mule 3.x) will not be able to write/update data while experiencing transaction failures. OSv1 POST/PUT/DELETE API calls will fail up to 15 mins.

During Maintenance Downtime:

Existing Runtimes/Applications: The existing applications that are running will not be impacted. However, updates and restarts will be delayed for up to an hour.
Application management capabilities of Runtime Manager may be disrupted as some servers may be disconnected and become unavailable for management. This will be temporary and the correct state of the application will be reflected after the update has been completed.

New Runtimes/Applications: Requests for new application deployment will be delayed for up to an hour.

User Experience(UX): Applications, DLB, VPNs and VPC UI will be in read-only mode. Updates will not work but assets will be visible and will not be impacted.

API Calls: OSv1 POST/PUT/DELETE API calls will fail for up to 15 mins. GET requests will continue to work.

CloudHub POST/PUT/PATCH/DELETE API calls will fail for up to 30 mins. GET requests will continue to work.

Metrics Data: Metrics data will be delayed by up to 30 mins.
