Say hello to CloudHub 2.0
Starting August 16th, 2022 all customers can use Anypoint Runtime Manager to deploy, manage, and monitor applications in a new lightweight container-based platform, with new Private Spaces and Shared Spaces, taking advantage of enhanced controls, better performance, and a streamlined user experience.

Connected Apps scopes documentation in UI
Anypoint Access Management now includes dynamically generated scopes documentation of Connected Apps for supported product APIs.

Audit Log Database Upgrades

The Audit Log in Anypoint Access Management will experience up to ten minutes of downtime while the database is upgraded during the maintenance window.
During maintenance downtime
Audit logs may not be queryable.
Following maintenance downtime
Old audit logs will become queryable again. New audit logs may take up to an hour before they become queryable.

We will be performing a scheduled upgrade of an internal database.

** Applications:

Anypoint Visualizer: Anypoint Visualizer may not be accessible temporarily during a mandatory DB upgrade. There is no data loss and the correct state will be restored after the update has been completed. .

ATTENTION: a 15 min to 1 hour service interruption is expected during this maintenance window.

We will be performing a scheduled upgrade on part of the platform's underlying infrastructure.

- Runtime Manager
During the service interruption, there will be no impact to the applications.
During maintenance downtime:
* Runtimes: are not impacted.
* User Experience(UX): Application management capabilities of Runtime Manager may be disrupted as some servers may be disconnected and become unavailable for management. This will be temporary and the correct state of the mule application will be reflected after the maintenance window has been completed.
* API calls: API calls will not be impacted
* Logs and Data: log and metric display data will be updated during the service interruption.
ATTENTION: up to 1 hour of service interruption is expected during this maintenance window.

During Maintenance Downtime:
* Existing Runtimes: are not impacted.
* User Experience(UX): Mocking Service calls from API Designer, Exchange and API Community Manager (ACM) will fail due to Mocking Service being unavailable
* API Calls: REST APIs calls for Mocking Service will not be accessible as the service will be unavailable .

ATTENTION: up to 1 hour of service interruption is expected.

* User Experience(UX): User Interface (UI) will display errors when:
- API Designer: projects are listed, opened or created.
- Mocking service: upon interaction within API Designer.
- Flow Designer: users want to list their connections or configurations.
- Exchange: assets are published, deleted, and when asset portals are read or modified.
- Studio: creating an API project, importing an API Specification from Design Center, pulling or pushing from API projects synchronized with Design Center, or downloading a RAML from Design Center to a Mule Project.
- Composer: flows are listed, opened or created.
* API Calls: REST APIs for Exchange, Design Center, Composer will not be accessible.
* Existing Runtimes: are not impacted.

ATTENTION: up to 60 minutes of service interruption is expected.

We will be performing a scheduled upgrade of an internal database.

- Anypoint DataGraph
- API Manager
* User Experience(UX): User Interface (UI) will display errors when:
- Exchange: asset publication is triggered
- DataGraph: endpoints are updated
- API Manager: users may be affected while trying to submit new policies or publish new assets like API specs.
* API Calls: REST API calls for asset publication won't work.
* Existing Runtimes: are not impacted.
