We will be doing a scheduled upgrade on part of the platform underlying infrastructure.
*** Service Impact Details:
* Applications:
- Anypoint Exchange
- Anypoint Design Center
During maintenance downtime:
- Runtimes: are not affected
- User Experience (UX): User Interface (UI) will display errors when projects are listed or created on Design Center, when assets are listed or published on Exchange, and when Studio uses Git Proxy Server to pull/push to a project.
- API calls: to Design Center and Exchange will fail
- Logs and Data: will continue to be collected
Following maintenance downtime:
- Logs and Data: will appear normal at the end of the update
- Runtimes and all services: will resume normal operation

Anypoint API Designer, Anypoint Design Center, Anypoint Exchange and API Manager
Backend changes for Open API Specification v.3 (OAS3) Runtime support, which will be released with Studio 7.8 - coming soon. These improvements are not anticipated to impact your User Experience (UX) or require down-time during the maintenance window.
API Community Manager
Introducing support for creating API Communities with commercial cloud API Community Manager that surface APIs in customer’s Anypoint GovCloud orgs. No downtime is anticipated.


***Bug fixes & back-end performance enhancement releases ***

CloudHub Runtime Shared Load Balancer
If an application exceeds the rate limit for a shared load balancer, the load balancer now returns response code `429` instead of `503`. Rate limit values are unchanged.
API Community Manager
Bug fixes and performance improvements, no downtime anticipated
