We will be performing a scheduled upgrade of an internal database. *** Service Impact Details: ** Applications: Mocking Service During Maintenance Downtime: * Existing Runtimes: are not impacted. * User Experience(UX): Mocking Service calls from API Designer, Exchange and API Community Manager (ACM) will fail due to Mocking Service being unavailable * API Calls: REST APIs calls for Mocking Service will not be accessible as the service will be unavailable. We will be performing a scheduled upgrade of an internal database. *** Service Impact Details: ** Applications: API Designer During Maintenance Downtime: * Existing Runtimes: Are not impacted. * User Experience(UX): API Designer xAPI calls from API Designer, VISUAL API Designer, Exchange and Design Center will fail due to API Designer xAPI being unavailable. API Designer and Visual API Designer users will get errors message when opening, modifying or creating projects in Design Center. Design Center project list will also show errors message when displaying project details. * API Calls: REST APIs calls for API Designer xAPI will not be accessible as the service will be unavailable.

We will be performing a scheduled upgrade on part of the platform's underlying infrastructure. *** Service impact details: * Applications: - Runtime Manager During the service interruption, there will be no impact to the applications. During maintenance downtime: * Runtimes: are not impacted. * User Experience(UX): Application management capabilities of Runtime Manager may be disrupted as some servers may be disconnected and become unavailable for management. This will be temporary and the correct state of the mule application will be reflected after the maintenance window has been completed. * API calls: API calls will not be impacted * Logs and Data: log and metric display data will be updated during the service interruption.
