*** ATTENTION: up to 60 minutes of service interruption is expected during this maintenance window. ***

We will be performing a scheduled upgrade of an internal database.
*** Service Impact Details:
** Applications:
- Runtime Manager
During Maintenance Downtime:
- Existing Runtimes: are not impacted.
- User Experience(UX): Customers will not be able to manage their Runtime Fabric applications (both on-prem and CH2.0). They will also not be able to deploy Flex Gateways APIs.

*** ATTENTION: up to 40 minutes of service interruption is expected during this maintenance window. ***

We will be doing a scheduled upgrade on part of the platform underlying infrastructure.
*** Service Impact Details:
* Applications:
- Anypoint Runtime Manager
During maintenance downtime:
- Runtimes: Cloudhub CPU / Memory alerts will be delayed during the maintenance window. In addition, CloudHub Applications utilizing the Auto-scaling feature, will not be able to scale up or scale down, during the maintenance window.
- User Interface (UI): will not be impacted.
- API calls: will not be impacted.
- Logs and Data: will not be impacted
Following maintenance downtime:
- Runtimes and all services: will resume normal operation.

*** ATTENTION: up to 120 minutes of service interruption is expected during this maintenance window. ***

Anypoint Monitoring will be performing a scheduled upgrade of an internal database.
*** Service impact details:
** Applications:
- Anypoint Monitoring
During maintenance downtime:
* Existing Runtimes: are not impacted.
* User Experience(UX):Customers may not be able to view Metrics on Anypoint Monitoring
- API calls: everything will work fine.
- Logs and Data: will continue to be collected.
Following maintenance downtime:
- Logs and Data: will appear as usual.
- Runtimes and all services: will resume normal operation.

We will be performing a scheduled upgrade of an internal infrastructure component.
*** Service Impact Details:
** Applications:
- Anypoint Flow Designer
* User Experience(UX): User Interface (UI) will display errors when:
- Flow Designer: users want to list their connections or configurations and on interactions with the worker instance in Runtime Manager.

*** ATTENTION: up to 60 minutes of service interruption is expected during this maintenance window. ***

We will be performing a scheduled upgrade on part of the platform's underlying infrastructure.
*** Service impact details:
* Applications:
- Runtime Manager
During the service interruption, there will be no impact to the applications.
During maintenance downtime:
* Runtimes: are not impacted.
* User Experience(UX): Customers may not be able to manage servers during the service window. Servers may appear to be disconnected. This will be temporary and the correct state of the mule application will be reflected after the maintenance window has been completed.
* API calls: API calls will not be impacted
* Logs and Data: log and metric display data will be updated during the service interruption.
