Load Balancer update
Announcement MuleSoft has an upcoming scheduled upgrade for CloudHub 1.0 Dedicated Load Balancers, which will require DLBs to run on the latest version to maintain high reliability and security.
DLB Automatic Upgrade Dates Sandbox - February 6-10, 2023 Production - February 18-19, 2023
Important Note For Customers who haven’t upgraded or deployed a new DLB since October 2021. The two significant changes are that weak cipher suites are disabled and customers using static IPs need to allowlist the additional static IPs for DLBs. MuleSoft recommends customers to review the KB Article (https://help.mulesoft.com/s/article/February-2023-Dedicated-Load-Balancer-Scheduled-Upgrade) and take the required action. We will be performing a scheduled upgrade of an internal infrastructure component. *** Service Impact Details: ** Applications: - Anypoint Design Center - Anypoint Flow Designer * User Experience(UX): User Interface (UI) will display errors when: - Design Center: users will experience downgraded experience (slowness) or some errors while listing projects. - Flow Designer: users will experience downgraded experience (slowness) or some errors while designing and testing Mule Applications.

We will be performing a scheduled upgrade of an internal database. *** Service Impact Details: * Applications: - Exchange During maintenance downtime: - Runtimes: are not affected. - User Interface (UI): will show “Unable to complete this request while services are undergoing maintenance. Please retry after maintenance has been completed.” when doing certain operations. - API calls: to these services will return Service Unavailable Error (503). GET Request will not be affected. - Logs and Data: will continue to be collected. Following maintenance downtime: - Logs and Data: will appear as usual. - Runtimes and all services: will resume normal operation.
