We will be performing a scheduled upgrade on part of the platform's underlying infrastructure.
*** Service impact details:
* Applications:
- Runtime Manager
This interruption affects only Standalone Servers. Runtime Fabric, Cloud Hub 2.0, Flex Gateway are not impacted.
During the service interruption, there will be no impact to the applications.
During maintenance downtime:
* Runtimes: are not impacted.
* User Experience(UX): Application management capabilities of Runtime Manager may be disrupted as some servers may be disconnected and become unavailable for management. This will be temporary and the correct state of the Mmule application will be reflected after the maintenance window has been completed.
* API calls: API calls will not be impacted
* Logs and Data: log and metric display data will be updated during the service interruption.

During maintenance downtime:
- Runtimes: Cloudhub CPU / Memory alerts will be delayed during the maintenance window. In addition, CloudHub Applications utilizing the Auto-scaling feature, will not be able to scale up or scale down, during the maintenance window.
- User Interface (UI): will not be impacted.
- API calls: will not be impacted.
- Logs and Data: will not be impacted
- Following maintenance downtime:
- Runtimes and all services: will resume normal operation.

We will be performing a scheduled upgrade of an internal database.
*** Service Impact Details:
** Applications:
- Anypoint Exchange
- Anypoint DataGraph
- Anypoint API Manager
- Anypoint API Governance
- Anypoint Monitoring Center
- Anypoint Visualizer
- Cloudhub
- API Catalog
* User Experience(UX): User Interface (UI) will display errors when:
- DataGraph: users deploy Datagraph instances, which will remain on status "on hold"
- API Manager: users submit new policies or publish new assets like API specs. Also, when users try to create a Policy Template.
- API Governance: users try to update rulesets in Exchange.
- Cloudhub: users try to create new CloudHub 2.0 schedulers.
- API Catalog: users publish their API Specifications using the command line.
* API Calls: REST API calls for asset publication won't work.
* Existing Runtimes: are not impacted.
During maintenance downtime:
- Cloudhub:: Autoscaler alerts will get delayed
Following maintenance downtime:
- Cloudhub: Autoscaler delayed alerts will be processed and the service will work as usual.

We will be doing a scheduled upgrade on Access Management database.

* Applications:
- Access Management
During maintenance downtime
- Anypoint users will not be able to login to their account. Any user that has already logged in prior to the downtime window will only be able to view information, but will not be able to make any modifications in Access Management until the scheduled downtime is complete.
- API calls to Access Management may be errored out.
Following maintenance downtime
- Access Management will function as usual
- API calls will function as usual
