Anypoint VPN - reminder on automatic update for Production VPNs is scheduled for September 29 - October 2, 2022.
Anypoint VPN As part of regular maintenance mandated by our infrastructure provider, MuleSoft is upgrading the infrastructure and configuration powering your VPN connectivity. We will be performing a scheduled upgrade on the underlying infrastructure of the platform on the following dates: Production VPNs in EU control plane - September 29, 2022, scheduled maintenance windows. Production VPNs in US control plane - October 1 - 2, 2022 scheduled maintenance windows.
For VPNs that are not set up to be Highly Available, this will incur downtime. However, Customers can take this update in their own planned Maintenance Windows by availing the VPN “Update” button released on August 15, 2022. Refer to https://docs.mulesoft.com/runtime-manager/vpn-maintenance page for more information about the update, its impact on your VPNs, and how to perform the self-update.
We advise customers to leverage the self-service feature (“Update” button) and upgrade the VPN in a non-Production environment and then Production at the earliest. Waiting till the end or letting the upgrade happen during the maintenance window could cause a high volume of cases for customer support, causing a delay in response time.
Anypoint VPN automatic update for Sandbox VPNs is now scheduled for September 12 - 14, 2022 (previously September 19 - 22, 2022) CloudHub Runtime and Operating System automatic update for Sandbox environment is now scheduled for September 12 - 14, 2022 (previously September 19 - 23, 2022)

ATTENTION: a 15 min to 1 hour service interruption is expected during this maintenance window.
We will be performing a scheduled upgrade on part of the platform's underlying infrastructure. *** Service impact details: * Applications: - Runtime Manager During the service interruption, there will be no impact to the applications. During maintenance downtime: * Runtimes: are not impacted. * User Experience(UX): Application management capabilities of Runtime Manager may be disrupted as some servers may be disconnected and become unavailable for management. This will be temporary and the correct state of the mule application will be reflected after the maintenance window has been completed. * API calls: API calls will not be impacted * Logs and Data: log and metric display data will be updated during the service interruption.
ATTENTION: up to 90 minutes of service interruption is expected.
We will be performing a scheduled upgrade of an internal database. *** Service Impact Details: * Applications: - API Manager - Exchange During maintenance downtime: - Runtimes: are not affected. - User Interface (UI): will show "Unable to complete this request while services are undergoing maintenance. Please retry after maintenance has been completed." when doing certain operations. - API calls: to these services will return Service Unavailable Error (503). GET Request will not be affected. - Logs and Data: will continue to be collected. Following maintenance downtime: - Logs and Data: will appear as usual. - Runtimes and all services: will resume normal operation.
