We will be performing a scheduled upgrade of an internal database for Application Network Graph *** Service Impact Details: * Applications: - Exchange - Datagraph - API Manager - Governance During maintenance downtime: - Runtimes: are not affected. - User Interface (UI): Application Network Graph will be unavailable. User will experience an error for the following applications: Exchange: Customers will not be able to search newly created assets. Searching previously created assets may take more time than usual or even fail while upgrade is taking place. Datagraph: Datagraphs won’t be able to be created, modified or deleted. API Manager: Creation and application of Policy Templates will fail. Runtime manager CloudHub 2.0 scheduler information won’t be available to be visualized nor modified. - API calls: everything will work fine - Logs and Data: will continue to be collected. Following maintenance downtime: - Logs and Data: will appear as usual - Runtimes and all services: will resume normal operation - Access Management If your organization had an external identity provider (IdP) configured prior to November 2021 and added additional IdPs after that date, the login domain URL (`/accounts/login/:`) that previously redirected you to the prior IdP’s login page now redirects you to Anypoint Platform’s login page when you have multiple IdPs. Click on “Use custom domain” and provide the domain name to select the IdP for login, OR, use this URL “https://anypoint.mulesoft.com/login/domain/:” to login.

We will be performing a scheduled upgrade of an internal database for Anypoint Secrets Manager *** Service impact details: * Applications: - Runtime Manager - API Manager - Partner Manager (both v1 and v2) - Anypoint Security (All components) - Design Center (Flow Designer, API Designer and Design Center Projects) - Anypoint Monitoring During maintenance downtime: * User Experience(UX): Anypoint Secrets Manager will be unavailable. User will experience an error for the following applications: Anypoint Secrets Manager: Customers will not be able to manage secret groups and secrets. Runtime Manager: Customers will not be able to deploy a new mule application, create a new Runtime Fabric instance, Private Space instance and Tokenization Service. API Manager: Customers will not be able to add or update APIs using Mule Gateway or Flex Gateway. Partner Manager: Customers will not be able to create or update endpoints, nor they will be able to deploy new message flows. Also they won’t be able to run template upgrades. Anypoint Security: Customers will not be able to create or update their security-edge instance and tokenization service. Design Center: Customers will not be able to perform activities involving Anypoint Secrets Manager. Anypoint Monitoring: Customers monitors that are using Anypoint Secrets Manager integration in their monitor will fail. * API calls: Invoking Anypoint APIs that use Anypoint Secrets Manager will fail. * Existing Runtimes: are not impacted.
