We will be performing a scheduled upgrade on part of the platform’s underlying infrastructure.
*** Service impact details:
* Applications:
- Runtime Manager
This interruption affects only Runtime Fabric and Cloud Hub 2.0. Flex Gateway and Standalone Servers are not impacted. During the service interruption, there will be no impact to the applications.
During maintenance downtime:
* Runtimes: are not impacted.
* User Experience(UX): On the Runtime Fabric and Private Space Status pages, RTF Agents might show as “Degraded” status. Customers might not be able to deploy applications to their existing RTF Agents and Private Spaces. Registration of new RTF Agents and Private Spaces will take longer than usual to achieve "Active” status. This will be temporary and fixed after the maintenance window has been completed.
* API calls: API calls will not be impacted
* Logs and Data: log and metric display data will be updated during the service interruption.

Mocking Service
During Maintenance Downtime:
* Existing Runtimes: are not impacted.
* User Experience(UX): Mocking Service calls from API Designer, Exchange and API Community Manager (ACM) will fail due to Mocking Service being unavailable
* API Calls: REST APIs calls for Mocking Service will not be accessible as the service will be unavailable

- Anypoint Runtime Manager
During maintenance downtime:
- Runtimes: CloudHhub CPU / Memory alerts will be delayed during the maintenance window. In addition, CloudHub Applications utilizing the Auto-scaling feature, will not be able to scale up or scale down, during the maintenance window.
- User Interface (UI): will not be impacted.
- API calls: will not be impacted.
- Logs and Data: will not be impacted
- Following maintenance downtime:
- Runtimes and all services: will resume normal operation.



ATTENTION: up to 1 hour of service interruption is expected.

- Anypoint API Governance

* User Experience(UX): User Interface (UI) will display errors when:
- DataGraph: users deploy Datagraph instances, which will remain on status "on hold"
- API Manager: users submit new policies or publish new assets like API specs. Also, when users try to create a Policy Template.
- API Governance: users try to update rulesets in Exchange.
- Cloudhub: users try to create new CloudHub 2.0 schedulers.
- API Catalog: users publish their API Specifications using the command line.
* API Calls: REST API calls for asset publication won't work.
* Existing Runtimes: are not impacted.

We will be doing a scheduled upgrade on part of an internal database.

*** Service Impact Details:
** Applications:
- Anypoint Partner Manager V2 (APMv2)
* User Experience(UX): Users will not be able to access Partner Manager v2 during this upgrade
* API Calls: Platform APIs for Partner Manager will not be accessible
* Existing Runtimes: Processing of B2B transactions in the runtime applications deployed by Partner Manager will NOT be impacted

As part of our efforts to enhance our resiliency, performance and availability we are upgradting the databases infrastracture. Consequently, there may be an impact on the create/update functionality for applications, notifications for a duration of up to 30 minutes.

- Scheduler
- Notifications
During maintenance downtime:
- Runtimes: will not be impacted
- User Interface (UI): Deploying and updating CloudHub applications will not be achievable up to 30 minutes.
- API calls: Deploying and updating CloudHub applications will not be achievable up to 30 minutes.
- Design Center Design Center test experience will be degraded for up to 30 minutes.
- Scheduler Application schedules can be delayed by up to 30 minutes.
NotificationsCloudHub notifications and custom notification in runtime will be will not be created/triggered up to 30 minutes
- Logs and Data: will not be impacted

Following maintenance downtime:
- User Interface (UI): Deploying and updating CloudHub applications will work as usual.
- API calls: Deploying and updating CloudHub applications will will work as usual.
- Design Center Design Center test experience will be as usual.
- SchedulerApplication schedules will resume again.
